# AGENTS.md — FastAPI

- Python 3.12+, FastAPI ≥ 0.115, Pydantic v2.
- `async def` handlers by default; never block the loop.
- Request + response Pydantic models on every endpoint.
- Type hints everywhere. `mypy --strict` should pass.
- Inject dependencies via `Depends(...)`; no module-level mutable state.
