Terms of Service
The terms governing RulePack accounts, published content, and paid purchases.
Scope
These Terms apply to the RulePack website, registry API, and rulepack CLI provided by Lyrra. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and scopes
- You sign in through GitHub or another authentication method provided by the Service.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including publishing, purchases, and CLI token management.
- RulePack may reclaim or adjust scope names that are unused, impersonating, infringing, misleading, or reserved.
Published content
- Only publish content you have the right to share.
- Published versions are designed to be immutable. Do not publish secrets, credentials, or personal data that must be removed later.
- By publishing content, you grant Lyrra a non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service.
Paid purchases
- A paid pack or article grants access to the purchased digital content for your account.
- Before purchasing, review the item name, price, payment method, delivery timing, and refund terms shown at checkout.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. RulePack does not store full card numbers.
- Because paid content unlocks immediately after purchase, refunds are generally unavailable except where required by law or approved by us.
Removal and suspension
If content or account activity violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, Lyrra may remove content, hide it, restrict access, or suspend the account.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is and as-available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyrra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, data-loss, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. To the extent permitted by law, disputes related to the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
