Refund Policy

Refund and cancellation terms for paid digital content.

General rule

Paid RulePack content unlocks immediately after purchase. Because it is digital content, user-requested cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable after access is granted.

Exceptions

  • Clear duplicate charges.
  • Payment completed but access was not granted due to a RulePack-side technical issue.
  • Refunds required by law.
  • Other cases we approve individually.

Requests

Request a refund through the support page (/support) with your account email, item, purchase date, and billing details. If you cannot use the support page, email [email protected].
