Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for paid digital content.
General rule
Paid RulePack content unlocks immediately after purchase. Because it is digital content, user-requested cancellations and refunds are generally unavailable after access is granted.
Exceptions
- Clear duplicate charges.
- Payment completed but access was not granted due to a RulePack-side technical issue.
- Refunds required by law.
- Other cases we approve individually.
